Anggun Residences is developed by PE Development (Penang) Sdn Bhd, the real-estate arm of Pansar Group, known for their extensive retail developments in Sarawak. The Group also developed Design Village — the first and largest outlet mall in the Northern region. Apart from shopping malls, the Group has also completed several residential properties in Sarawak.

Mr James Ling
Founder of PE Group
James Ling is a professional engineer with over 40 years of civil and structural engineering consultancy experience.
He undertakes large, sophisticated construction projects and has worked in New Zealand, Indonesia and Singapore before coming home to Sarawak and starting his own engineering consultancy which eventually merged with Pansar to expand into construction.
Datuk Jason Tai
Managing Director of Pansar Group
Datuk Tai joined Pansar in 1988 and became its Managing Director in October 2010.
An individual with vast insight in multiple industries, Datuk Tai is highly experienced in oil and gas, hospitality, plantation, manufacturing, shipping, travel, tourism and environmental waste management.
Ms Joanna Ling
Executive Director of Pansar Group
Educated in New Zealand in Landscape Architecture, Joanna Ling holds the position of Executive Director and is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the company.
She also spearheads the property arm of the Group and contributed to the success of planning, design and construction of The Spring Shopping Malls and Design Village Outlet Mall.
Mr Ronald Ling
Executive General Manager of Perbena Emas Sdn Bhd
Ronald Ling is a Certified Marketing Manager (CMM) by Malaysia Shopping Mall Association (PPKM) and is instrumental in transforming the mall marketing department to its current success.
As the Executive General Manager for Perbena Emas Sdn Bhd, he also oversees Food Journal Sdn Bhd, an F&B arm of PE Holdings that caters several successful lifestyle and food outlets around Sarawak.
Mr David Tai
General Manager of Pansar Berhad (Business Division)
David Tai is an investment professional highly experienced in private equity. He also holds a Master of Art in Jurisprudence (Law) from the University of Oxford, UK.
As the General Manager of the Business Division, David is responsible for the overall revenue and profitability of the Group. Since joining, the market cap of Pansar has increased almost 2.5 times.
